Fun, interactive classes to support children’s physical, mental and emotional health and development. Movement and poses aim to increase strength, flexibility, balance and to support good digestion, breathing and posture. Relaxing, mindful techniques teach how to calm and focus children’s monkey minds!
Using practical, child-friendly tools we will explore the life skills of recognising and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. Practice, games and stories will encourage confidence, positive self image, and care for oneself and others.
Christina Jones is a TSYP and BWY accredited teacher and is registered with the CNHC as a yoga therapist. She holds a DBS certificate and has completed NSPCC and TSYP safeguarding training for her work with children. Copies of these certificates, and other relevant TSYP policies are available from Christina upon request.
