These relaxed and friendly classes take a classical approach, focusing very much on using the breath and movement to release tension and reinstate harmony within. Exercises stabilise and settle body, mind and emotions and are adapted to each individual appropriately as necessary. This combination of breath, movement, and inner focus settles, re-connects and revitalizes the whole system. Classes are open to different levels of ability. Booking is essential.
