Yoga Classes

designed to promote wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level

“The purpose of yoga is to reduce disturbances and return an individual to his or her inherent peace and power.”
TKV Desikachar

Yoga classes with Christina aim to promote wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. You don’t need to have a flexible or strong body to start with. All that is needed is to gently focus on breathing and moving, releasing tension. Thus, a feeling of more space and stability in the mind, body and emotions can be experienced.

Group classes are small and taught with a highly individualised approach, placing great attention on creating awareness of breathing, and teaching invaluable relaxation techniques.  They are simple to follow, open to different levels of ability and offer a practice suitable for each individual’s specific needs and goals, promoting health and healing, self-awareness and clarity of mind.
