Yoga classes with Christina aim to promote wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. You don’t need to have a flexible or strong body to start with. All that is needed is to gently focus on breathing and moving, releasing tension. Thus, a feeling of more space and stability in the mind, body and emotions can be experienced. Booking is essential.
When: Classical yoga classes are held on a Friday lunchtime, 1.oopm – 2.00pm.
Where: Group classes are currently online due to social distancing. Please contact Christina for details and to arrange a telephone call with you before joining the class.
( In normal times, classes take place at the Old School Room, next to St Nicholas’ Church, Church Hill, Pyrford, GU22 8XH and hold up to 10 students, ensuring plenty of individual attention and a friendly atmosphere. All levels of experience are welcome.)
