Yoga classes that aim to promote wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. You don’t need to have a flexible or strong body to start with. All that is needed is to gently focus on breathing and moving, releasing tension. Thus, a feeling of more space and stability in the mind, body and emotions can be experienced.

Group classes are held at the Old School Room, next to St Nicholas’ Church, Church Hill, Pyrford, GU22 8XH and hold up to 10 students, ensuring plenty of individual attention and a friendly atmosphere. All levels of experience are welcome.

One to one sessions and classes in the workplace can also be taught in the following areas: Weybridge, Cobham, Woking, Guildford, Ripley, Walton on Thames, Esher and surrounding areas.
