Yoga classes with Christina aim to promote wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. You don’t need to have a flexible or strong body to start with. All that is needed is to gently focus on breathing and moving, releasing tension. Thus, a feeling of more space and stability in the mind, body and emotions can be experienced. Booking is essential.
When: Classical yoga classes are held on a Friday lunchtime, 12.00-1.oopm and 1.15-2.30pm.

Where: Classes take place at the Old School Room, next to St Nicholas’ Church, Church Hill, Pyrford, GU22 8XH and hold up to 10 students, ensuring plenty of individual attention and a friendly atmosphere. All levels of experience are welcome.
